About the Role
Asmus Tax & Accounting is a rapidly growing company accepting applications for a Full-Time Accountant with QuickBooks experience for our bookkeeping services department. Applicants must be able to train either at our headquarters in Roseau, MN or our satellite office in West Fargo, ND. Once training is complete, work from home opportunities may be available.
The starting wage range for this position is $19 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements
Required Skills:
· Authentic passion for outstanding customer service
· QuickBooks experience is essential
· Must be comfortable with journal entries and year-end adjustments
· Comprehensive understanding of financial statements
· Must be comfortable communicating with clients in person and virtually
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
· Ability and desire to assist clients with business development and secure new business relationships
· Self-motivated and organized individual with an eye for continuous improvement and business growth opportunities
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 3-5 years of experience in the accounting field preferred
