This position allows you to work from home and set your own schedule. Minimal travel within the Twin Cities area for client meetings is required.

Requirements
Required Skills:
Authentic passion for outstanding customer service is a must

Self-motivated and organized individual with an eye for continuous improvement and business growth opportunities
Intellectual curiosity / desire to learn and grow
Bookkeeping, tax preparation, and experience communicating with tax agencies preferred
Ability and desire to assist clients with business development and secure new business relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 1-3 years of experience in the accounting field preferred
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred
